one fine saturday, M called me to check if i wanted to attend a baking demo at nestle in rockwell. but of course! 🙂
i worked with nestle before when i was with a relocation company (we would relocate their expats to and fro the philippines) but have never been to their HQ. this time, i couldn’t miss the chance. we packed up miss k and with my sis L and our 2 angels, i drove to rockwell via the makati-mandaluyong bridge. it was a breeze! 🙂 then i parked at the powerplant mall, left them to play/eat/explore, and walked (actually, just crossed the street!) towards nestle.
here is their timeline wall.
we headed to the julius maggi kitchen (JMK) where the baking/cooking demos and tv shows are held/taped at.
there were TV monitors where you can see in detail the baking/cooking process.
my view from our front row, left side seats below a TV monitor (hanep sa description noh). 🙂
that morning, the featured chef (so sorry i forgot her name) prepared red velvet cupcakes, oatmeal cookies and cream puffs. of course, she used nestle products (all purpose cream, chocolates, etc.). 🙂
